All entrants to be fully paid up members.

A maximum of three prints and / or four slides to be entered in any one competition per member. This rule does not apply to the en-print or print and slides of the year competitions.

If any print or slide entered is not awarded a place in a club competition it may be re-entered once only in a subsequent competition.

Any print or slide entered will gain one point. Points are awarded as follows: 1st 10 points, 2nd 7 points, 3rd 3 points. Highly commended entries are also awarded 1 point.

Slides -have one class only. All slides to be spotted on the bottom left hand corner and should bear a title and members number.

Prints - All advanced prints to be mounted.

All mounts to be not larger than 500mm x 400mm.

All entries to bear members number and a title.

Four on a theme, prints and slides - one group only. Prints and slides, four on a set subject plus four on own theme. Members may enter all four competitions. Points are not awarded. Entries may be split and entered in any other competition during the season. Print size not to be larger than 10" x 8" all mounted on one 500mm x 400mm board.

En-print competition - En-prints to be not larger than 9" x 6" and can be mounted or unmounted. Winning entries must be mounted for the print and slide of the year competition.

Digital - Rules are being revised

Print and slide of the year - Prints and slides must be the actual ones awarded places in competitions. Competition Secretary will advise members of qualifying prints and slides.

Competition entries must be handed in on the dates as stated in the programme.
