followed by a short demonstration by Ray - our webmaster of the new website that we will be changing to over the summer- and some of its features, which are considerably greater than the one we have at the moment. This will be followed by a social evening, a chance to chat and catch up. We are asking that people bring in a few prints, perhaps unseen ones, ones that might not be 'competition images' for us to look at and talk about. We hope to see lots of you at the meeting, there's lots going on behind the scenes which will benefit the club.

We also ask that as many people as possible bring in a plate of sharing food to help us mark the end of another successful season for WDCC and look forward to the next!!

I will be sending out some documents in a couple of days prior to the AGM, agenda, previous minutes, and Financial Reports, hopefully this will speed the AGM process!

Our grateful thanks to Huw, who is stepping down as Competition Sec, what a fantastic job he has done!! I think (hope!!) he will be hovering in the background to help guide us through the transition to the Competition Group taking over!

As you probably know, I am standing down as Secretary and from the Committee although I seem to have taken on various other roles!! - not what I intended!! So this is probably the last meeting report! I will be doing the minutes of the AGM, so thank you all for putting up with my ramblings and not moaning too much when I have made stupid mistakes. Gail Cropper will be taking over from me after the AGM, as per the Nominations made in the last couple of meetings.
