The evening was the fun competition and trialling the organising and running of an online competition. Our member and qualified judge Jon Peters was kind enough to act as 'guinea pig' judge. Members were asked to send in 2 images each and we were thrilled with 34 images being sent in.

25 people joined the Zoom meeting, which was a great attendance. It is a steep learning curve for all concerned, particularly Steve (Competition Secretary) and Peter (Host) who until a couple of weeks ago were completely unfamiliar with the software. A couple more technical issues to iron out but it all went very smoothly.

Jon Peters commented on the high standard of photography that the Club was now producing, and how the standard had risen in the past few years. He found it very difficult to pick the 10 to hold back and the final list of winners, it turned out to be a serious competition!!
